I was sent a wrong photo keychain. I order...

I was sent a wrong photo keychain. I ordered a Ractangle one but received a Round one. The seller asked me to post back the round photo key chain. I printed label, went to post office and posted back. Still waited more than two weeks for refund, then had to open a case and asked etsy to help me get the refund.
Sadly, its my first disappointing experience on etsy.
